Telecare - All our premium hearing aids can be adjusted and reprogrammed remotely. You need to have a smartphone, that's all. There are several tutorials on how to connect your smartphone to your hearing aids and manage a telecare session. When your hearing aids are connected to your smartphone, our audiologist will be able to connect to your hearing aids through your smartphone and will reprogram them remotely.

A local audiologist - You can take advantage of the competitive prices that HearingNow offer for premium hearing aids and purchase your choice of hearing aids online. When received, you could contact a local audiologist for fitting, programming and future aftercare of the hearing aids. This way, you would have the best of two worlds: a competitive price for the best hearing aids and local one-to-one support by a local audiologist.

Can hearing aids be perfectly adjusted remotely?
The hearing aids which has Bluetooth connectivity can be reprogrammed through telecare. The extent of setting hearing aids remotely is different from one product to another. Furthermore, some best practices, such as REM, cannot be done remotely. So, the provision of telecare adjustment is the next best option after an in-clinic setting. We highly recommend that patients with severe to profound hearing loss consider an in-clinic fitting for their hearing aids. Also, those with progressive hearing loss.

What if I don't like the sound of my hearing aids?
You can visit our clinic or book an online adjustment session. Our advice to patients with severe to profound hearing loss is to book an in-clinic follow-up with us or a local audiologist, as the best way to set the hearing aids properly for severe to profound hearing loss is through an in-clinic visit.
If, after all the support, you are still not happy with your hearing aids, you can send them back for a full refund; you'll have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the hearing aids for a full refund. Please see our Return and Refund Policy.

Can I replace my hearing aids with another brand or type?

I live in Spain. Can I buy hearing aids online from HearingNow?
Yes, if you are settled in Spain, Portugal, Singapore or anywhere else in the world, you could purchase your hearing aids online from HearingNow and receive the aftercare services for the period of the warranty. Please note that while your 5-year UK warranty will be valid for your hearing aids, you also enjoy a 1-year International warranty in your country of residence.
