Please note that hearing aid manufacturers work on a business-to-business (b2b) model, meaning they often only support audiologists and the audiologists will be the ones who support the patients. Therefore if you have a problem with your hearing aids the first line of support will be the audiologist or the hearing care professional who you have purchased the hearing aids from.
