I drove all the way from Kent to London as I was pieced off with the Specsavers audiologist that I used to go to. They have a lot of change in personnel and mostly they are young and lack a solid experience. Nejad did a thorough test in the clinic in Crystal Palace then he did REM for me that I experienced for the first time, and god I can say these Phonak ITE sound much better. It worth visiting Nejad's clinic in London.
Successful transition from Widex to Phonak sound. The aids transition seamlessly between multiple Bluetooth devices. No issues with the automatic programming. The volume boost for challenging hearing situations has been extremely helpful. I feel much more at ease with the background noise in restaurants. Due to my the volume output for my moderate-severe hearing loss and the amount of streaming I do, the 312 batteries last three days. As it's classic Bluetooth, the streaming can be choppy.
