The new REXTON Reach inoX CIC-Li is designed for wearers with mild to moderate hearing loss, who value a device that is highly discreet. The inoX CIC-Li is remarkably compact and has a soft sleeve, so it fits comfortably and invisibly in the ear canal.

It takes 3 hours for the charger unit to be fully charged. When fully charged the charger unit is able to provide a full charge of a pair of Rexton Reach inoX CIC Li CORS four times.

It only takes 3 hours for Rexton Reach inoX CIC Li rechargeable CROS hearing aids to be fully charged and when fully charged they provide about 26 hours of hearing.

Features and performance levels

Rexton Reach inoX CIC Li CROS comes in 3 technology levels. Our recommendation is to consider 80 or at least 60 for the full-featured version of the hearing aids. If your social interaction is limited the technology level 40 would still provide very reasonable speech intelligibility.

Such a relief with this CROS invisible hearing aid
I had never heard Rexton hearing aids, first wanted Signia SILK IX as they are small and rechargeable and I am completely deaf on one side. Nejad indicated Rexton inoX which seem to be the same as Signia SILK. I saved a lot of money by purchasing the hearing aid on hearingnow and also by switching from Signia silk to Rexton inoX. Hearing aids warranty

- 5-year extended UK warranty on all hearing aids (unless stated otherwise in the product description.)

- 1-year manufacturer's UK warranty on accessories including Assistive Hearing Devices (AHD), chargers, remote microphones, TV streamers and other associated electronics.

Hearing aids aftercare

We provide aftercare for all the hearing aids you purchase from HearingNow over their lifetime. The aftercare services of the hearing aids may include online or in-clinic fine-tuning of the hearing aids, minor fixes and repairs, replacement of the domes and other accessories of the hearing aids, liaison with the manufacturers of your hearing aids to repair or replace them when and if they needed.

Our hearing aids aftercare will be free of charge for the first year from the date of your purchase, then standard clinic fees are applicable for in-clinic visits.
Online hearing aids aftercare will be free of charge for the life of your hearing aids.

Product refunds are valid for 30 days from the day the hearing aids have been fitted, or 30 days from the date the hearing aids have been shipped to your address if you chose to fit them by your local audiologist.

The customer is responsible for returning postage costs back to our office in London, UK. We highly recommend using tracked and insured couriers such as UPS and DHL. Please read more about our Return and Refund Policy here.

Consultation

We offer a free pre-purchase consultation to ensure that you buy a pair of hearing aids that work best for you. Please use the below form to send us a copy of your latest hearing test so we can run your test results on hearing aid manufacturers' software and develop a preliminary assessment for you to understand your options. The objective of this consultation is for you to make an informed decision about purchasing your hearing aids.

Fitting

When you receive your hearing aids they are already programmed based on your hearing test results, so they are ready to use. We will call you to make sure that they sound clear and natural and if needed to book an in-clinic or online adjustment session.

Reprogramming

You are covered with free reprogramming and readjustment of your hearing aids in our clinic in London, or online, through remote care over their warranty period. Your hearing aids must be Bluetooth enabled if you wish to receive remote care support.
