It takes 3 hours for the charger unit to be fully charged. When fully charged the charger unit is able to provide a full charge of a pair of Rexton Reach inoX CIC Li four times.

It only takes 3 hours for Rexton Reach inoX CIC Li rechargeable hearing aids to be fully charged and when fully charged they provide about 26 hours of hearing.

Features and performance levels

Rexton Reach inoX CIC Li comes in 3 technology levels. Our recommendation is to consider 80 or at least 60 for the full-featured version of the hearing aids. If your social interaction is limited the technology level 40 would still provide very reasonable speech intelligibility.

Caring Service

Koorosh has explained the process very well and helped me become less anxious about my hearing aid. I have a particularly small right ear canal which has proved a bit of a problem, but he is being very patient and encouraging. They are despite my right ear problem, very easy to use and the App is simple enough for me to understand.

Best CIC in the market

I was about to buy Signia Silk at much higher price then talking to HearingNow I realized they are the same (thanks Nejad). This is the best rechargeable CIC in the market. I do extreme spots such as mountain biking, snowboarding and so, I needed something that stays in the ear and invisible (I am 35). Rexton inoX is portable and the charge holds long days. It doesn't have Bluetooth but who cares if you can hear nice and easy with them, and I go to live concerts than streaming music.

- 5-year extended UK warranty on all hearing aids (unless stated otherwise in the product description.)

- 1-year manufacturer's UK warranty on accessories including Assistive Hearing Devices (AHD), chargers, remote microphones, TV streamers and other associated electronics.

Hearing aids aftercare

We provide aftercare for all the hearing aids you purchase from HearingNow over their lifetime. The aftercare services of the hearing aids may include online or in-clinic fine-tuning of the hearing aids, minor fixes and repairs, replacement of the domes and other accessories of the hearing aids, liaison with the manufacturers of your hearing aids to repair or replace them when and if they needed.

In-clinic - Our hearing aid aftercare will be free of charge for the first 6 months from the date of purchase, and then standard clinic fees are applicable for in-clinic visits.
Telecare - Online telecare aftercare will be free of charge for the life of your hearing aids.

Product refunds are valid for 30 days from the day the hearing aids have been fitted, or 30 days from the date the hearing aids have been shipped to your address if you chose to fit them by your local audiologist.

The customer is responsible for returning postage costs back to our office in London, UK. We highly recommend using tracked and insured couriers such as UPS and DHL. Please read more about our Return and Refund Policy here.

Fitting

the initial fitting can be done in our clinic at no additional cost. If they are shipped, when you receive your hearing aids they are already programmed based on your hearing test results, so they are ready to use. We will call you to ensure they sound clear and natural and, if needed, book an in-clinic or online adjustment session.
