Features and performance levels

Rexton Reach R-Li series comes in 3 technology levels. Our recommendation is to consider 80 or at least 60 tech levels for better speech recognition in noisy environments. If your social interaction is limited then tech level 40 would still provide reasonable speech intelligibility.

Battery performance

Rexton Reach hearing has the lowest power consumption of any Rexton hearing aids and therefore has a 20% longer runtime.
With a full charge, wearers can expect 28 hours without streaming or 24 hours with 5 hours of streaming.
With a 30-minute fast charge, you can get a runtime of 6 hours without streaming, or 4 hours with 100% streaming.

I am happy with my Rexton hearing aids
I was on a budget but wanted a very good hearing aid (who doesn't). I am glad that I spoke to Nejad about the options. While everyone suggested Phonak and Widex I decided to give Rexton a try as the 30 days refund was plenty of time to try the product. The sound of the hearing aids are really nice, crips and details that I could not hear. I also tried Signia and Widex but overall I chose Rexton and saved at least 40% on my initial budget. Thanks Nejad.

First class Product and service
Purchased these hearing aids and a TV smart box. Process was simple & the hearing aids were delivered tuned to my hearing and the TV box. Delighted with the performance and customer service from HearingNow. Bluetoothing my hearing aids with my phone and the TV smart box makes life so much easier. I Paid half the price for these as we paid for my wife’s Rexton R-Li 40’s from a high street audiology store. Well Done Hearing Now for making hearing aids more affordable.

Good hearing aids, good price
Things I like about the Rexton Reach 80:
- They sound very nice and natural
- Hearing and understanding the conversation in a pub is much better
- Price on HearingNow

Areas for improvement:
- Still hearing my own voice quite loud, the audiologist assured me that the sound of my voice will fade out in about a couple of weeks but after a month still I hear my own voice quite noticeable. I have to say that I only use the hearing aids for watching TV and when I go out to socialize with friends.

Dear Eric, thanks for your kind feedback. Please feel free to book a free follow-up so we can help you with the occlusion with your Rexton Reach Rli 80. Please note that occlusion is a natural part of using hearing aids for the first time. Also, you need to use the hearing aids all or most of the time for your brain to adjust to the processed sound quicker. Using them occasionally doesn't allow your brain to adjust to them. Keep safe.

Hearing aids warranty

- 5-year extended UK warranty on all hearing aids (unless stated otherwise in the product description.)

- 1-year manufacturer's UK warranty on accessories including Assistive Hearing Devices (AHD), chargers, remote microphones, TV streamers and other associated electronics.

Hearing aids aftercare

We provide aftercare for all the hearing aids you purchase from HearingNow over their lifetime. The aftercare services of the hearing aids may include online or in-clinic fine-tuning of the hearing aids, minor fixes and repairs, replacement of the domes and other accessories of the hearing aids, liaison with the manufacturers of your hearing aids to repair or replace them when and if they needed.

Our hearing aids aftercare will be free of charge for the first year from the date of your purchase, then standard clinic fees are applicable for in-clinic visits.
Online hearing aids aftercare will be free of charge for the life of your hearing aids.

Product refunds are valid for 30 days from the day the hearing aids have been fitted, or 30 days from the date the hearing aids have been shipped to your address if you chose to fit them by your local audiologist.

The customer is responsible for returning postage costs back to our office in London, UK. We highly recommend using tracked and insured couriers such as UPS and DHL. Please read more about our Return and Refund Policy here.

Consultation

We offer a free pre-purchase consultation to ensure that you buy a pair of hearing aids that work best for you. Please use the below form to send us a copy of your latest hearing test so we can run your test results on hearing aid manufacturers' software and develop a preliminary assessment for you to understand your options. The objective of this consultation is for you to make an informed decision about purchasing your hearing aids.

Fitting

When you receive your hearing aids they are already programmed based on your hearing test results, so they are ready to use. We will call you to make sure that they sound clear and natural and if needed to book an in-clinic or online adjustment session.

Reprogramming

You are covered with free reprogramming and readjustment of your hearing aids in our clinic in London, or online, through remote care over their warranty period. Your hearing aids must be Bluetooth enabled if you wish to receive remote care support.
