Signia Insio Charge & Go (C&G) AX come in 5 technology levels. Our recommendation is to onsider 7AX or at least 5AX for full feature version of the hearing aids. If your social interaction is limited the 3AX would still provide very reasonable speech intelligibility. Great product made even better by the HearingNow specialist Koorosh Nejad who fine tuned the hearing aids for me and offers support throughout the whole process second to none.

A nice set of rechargeable ITE
Taking the impressions was don't right after a free hearing test, two weeks later the audiologist Nejad fitted Signia custom 7AX for me; they feel great and they sound great. Still hearing speech in a busy pub is not super great, but much better than before.

Signia 7AX custom ITE is good hearing aid
This is good, much better than the NHS behind the ears. I wanted in the ear aids so they wouldn't interfere with my glasses, and stay in better. These are good for clarity, and speech and also listening podcasts and music in your ears. Overall I give it 5 star, or also good in damping the noise.

Comfortable, powerful and lots of features
All day comfort, good app for customisation. These are great hearing aids if you have an active lifestyle. Battery life is great, I can wear them for 14hrs and still have 80% battery or 60% with a few hours music streaming during the day.
Overall a powerful hearing aid/s with good technology integration in a robust shell. Would happily buy again

Hearing aids warranty

- 5-year extended UK warranty on all hearing aids (unless stated otherwise in the product description.)

- 1-year manufacturer's UK warranty on accessories including Assistive Hearing Devices (AHD), chargers, remote microphones, TV streamers and other associated electronics.

Hearing aids aftercare

We provide aftercare for all the hearing aids you purchase from HearingNow over their lifetime. The aftercare services of the hearing aids may include online or in-clinic fine-tuning of the hearing aids, minor fixes and repairs, replacement of the domes and other accessories of the hearing aids, liaison with the manufacturers of your hearing aids to repair or replace them when and if they needed.

Our hearing aids aftercare will be free of charge for the first year from the date of your purchase, then standard clinic fees are applicable for in-clinic visits.
Online hearing aids aftercare will be free of charge for the life of your hearing aids.

Product refunds are valid for 30 days from the day the hearing aids have been fitted, or 30 days from the date the hearing aids have been shipped to your address if you chose to fit them by your local audiologist.

The customer is responsible for returning postage costs back to our office in London, UK. We highly recommend using tracked and insured couriers such as UPS and DHL. Please read more about our Return and Refund Policy here.

Free UPS or DHL Express delivery is available for all shipments to the UK.

Consultation

We offer a free pre-purchase consultation to ensure that you buy a pair of hearing aids that work best for you. Please use the below form to send us a copy of your latest hearing test so we can run your test results on hearing aid manufacturers' software and develop a preliminary assessment for you to understand your options. The objective of this consultation is for you to make an informed decision about purchasing your hearing aids.

Fitting

When you receive your hearing aids they are already programmed based on your hearing test results, so they are ready to use. We will call you to make sure that they sound clear and natural and if needed to book an in-clinic or online adjustment session.

Reprogramming

You are covered with free reprogramming and readjustment of your hearing aids in our clinic in London, or online, through remote care over their warranty period. Your hearing aids must be Bluetooth enabled if you wish to receive remote care support.
