Starkey Genesis Ai 24 was recommended by a friend, also by my audiologist but I didn't want to pay £5000 for a pair as I researched on Google and found HearingNow. The purchase was smooth and I travelled down to their clinic in Crystal Palace. I paid about half price and I can now hear a lot better. Thanks for making this possible!
I was patient enough to wait and wait for this new technology, very happy with Nejad and his team in HearingNow, excellent communication, smooth ordering, received the Starkey Genesis Ai 24 programmed and ready to use. Nejad sent me different sizes dome and he helped me choose the right size over a zoom meeting. Overall I am very satisfied with Starkey Genesis and also with the service, oh and 5 years warranty. I love them, the sound very good, specially listening to streaming is awesome.
