Location of the service: Patient's residence (this is a home visit service) If you have experienced decreased hearing or fullness in the ear with ringing noises then it is likely that you have a build-up of excess ear wax. What to expect from a microsuction ear wax cleaning session? We conduct a visual test of both your ears and discuss any disorder or referable condition (to your GP) that may be causing you discomfort. If there is no unusual condition then we will clean up the ear wax safely using the microsuction technique. After that, a hearing test will be provided to determine the hearing thresholds of the patient. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy Please give plenty of heads up if you have to cancel or reschedule a home visit or in-clinic appointment. We will fully refund your deposit if at least 24-hour notice is given for the cancellation of an in-clinic or home visit appointment. You can reschedule or cancel an appointment from your admin panel on our website, our App, or by contacting us on our phone lines. Your payment will be used against the administration of cancellation of your appointment if less than 24-hour notice is provided. No Ear Wax Found Your payment will be used against the time of the clinic to run a visual examination of your ears, video-otoscopy, and possible referral to the GP, hence your payment is not refundable in case there is no ear wax to be removed. Online Rehabs and Follow-Up Appointments There will be no charge for cancelling or rescheduling your online consultation with our audiologist.
