Shipping Policy

This page is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policy and procedures. By ordering from HearingNow, you accept the policies contained herein. This policy is applicable to all orders. 
 

Shipping Costs & Timeframe

We offer free shipping on all UK orders. 
Transit times, Processing times & cut-off times.
Processing time:  2 to 3 working days. (Monday-Friday)
Shipping time: 2 to 4 Working Days. (Monday-Friday) 
Order cut-off time: 1 pm (Monday-Friday)

 

Shipping courier & order tracking

We may use one of the following couriers to deliver our products: Royal Mail, UPS, or DHL. Once our team has processed your order, in 2-3 working days, you will receive an email with tracking information and confirmation of which courier will be delivering your products, along with a link to track your order. Orders below £50 may be shipped with first-class Royal Mail with no tracking.
 

Order Not Arrived 

After receiving your tracking information via email, please use it to track your package. If you have still not received your item after 7 working days (Mon-Fri) of ordering, please contact us.

Change of Address

If you notice that you have provided us with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit with the courier.
 

Cancellations

If you change your mind before or after you receive your order, please ship it back to our address so we can issue a refund. Please note that consumables are not refundable even if they are not opened or used. 
 

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find your parcel has been damaged in transit, contact us ASAP and we will rectify this for you. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us, and if possible take photographs of the damaged parcel before opening.
 

Incorrect order

If your order has arrived incorrect or missing items, please contact us and we will rectify this for you.

Backorders

Some of our products are available on backorder, if the item is not in stock we will inform you. This requires payment for the product and will be dispatched when the item becomes available. If for any reason a backorder product is discontinued and you have made a backorder purchase with us, we can either provide in-store credit on your account or a refund (subject to terms and conditions).

General

Delivery estimates are subject to any product conditions and delivery operator's procedures such as (but not limited to) strikes, weather and natural disasters.

 

Bank Holidays

The HearingNow are closed for all major UK holidays, however, you may still order your products during this period and we will endeavour to have them shipped to you the following day after a bank holiday.
